One month after the official launch of Trustify Release 3.X, we can proudly look back on a successful start: the new version has already reached numerous companies, received enthusiastic feedback, and set the course for ongoing further developments. With Release 3.X, one of the most significant advancements in the platform’s history has been delivered. The goal was to noticeably improve workflows for our customers, integrate new marketing and automation features, and lay the foundation for faster innovation—all while keeping the user experience familiar and intuitive.

New Design, Interface & Improved Usability

One of the most visible innovations is the completely redeveloped User Interface:

  • Modern, clear, and optimized for daily use cases
  • Centralized consolidation of all tools, data, and settings
  • Contextual assistance, tooltips, and step-by-step guides directly within the UI

These improvements make Trustify easier and more efficient to use for both new and existing users.

Changes & Apps

Other major innovations in 3.X include:

  • From functions to apps: All platform features have been revamped and are now available as apps—with better design, extended functionalities, and improved user guidance.
  • Multi-user management: Role and rights management for teams and organizations.
  • Modernized profile pages: More visibility, easier navigation, and higher performance.
  • Multiple reviews: Customers can leave feedback again after 48 hours—for more up-to-date and meaningful review situations.
  • In-dashboard plan management: Plans can be managed directly in the dashboard with new payment options available.
  • Improved integrations: Trustify integrations and widgets have been expanded for even better results and now support new marketing features. Well-known shop systems can now automatically invite customers to leave a review.

What’s Next?

Even after launch, development at Trustify is ongoing:

  • Extended analytics features for success measurement: Transparency is the foundation for growth. That’s why we are significantly expanding our analytics features. Companies will soon gain even deeper insights into performance, conversion, campaign impact, and review trends—structured, clear, and decision-relevant.
  • Launch of the new Invites app (Release: March 2026): Our new Invites app delivers a powerful solution for actively inviting customers to leave reviews. Automated invitation processes, intelligent reminder logic, and optimized conversion flows ensure targeted feedback generation and maximize potential.
  • Launch of a Campaigns app: More returning customers - that’s where the new Campaigns app comes in. Companies can start targeted campaigns for activation, incentive programs, and re-engagement. The goal is to strategically integrate reviews and actions into marketing and loyalty processes and promote sustainable growth.
  • Launch of a central Analytics app: A dedicated Analytics app is in the works - a milestone that centralizes all relevant data. It will consolidate various data sources and present them in a clear dashboard.
