We've now been successfully running with the current Trustify version for almost two years. During this time, we've grown rapidly, implemented countless customer requests in a short period, and realized our own visions. At the same time, a new, even broader vision for Trustify has emerged – with the aim of providing our clients with an even stronger product that generates measurable success: more reviews, greater reach, more sales.

In this article, we're announcing the first planned innovations and giving you exclusive insights into the upcoming Trustify version. The expanded platform vision for Trustify

Many aspects of our vision remain the same – but moving forward, we'll pursue them much more transparently, with more structure and focus. What already clearly sets Trustify apart from competitors will be emphasized even more in the future: We focus on the success of our B2B clients.

Other platforms are mostly driven by self-interest, aiming to expand and keep their own review systems exclusive to end customers. Trustify, on the other hand, doesn't compete with other platforms. Quite the contrary: We deliberately integrate into existing ecosystems and strengthen the synergies.

An example: We will continue not to compete with Google reviews, but aim to further deepen our cooperation – just as we do today, for example, through:

• Displaying stars in Google search results
• Showing Trustify reviews in Google Business Cards
• Improving Google rankings
• Supporting SEA campaigns
• and much more.

An important part of our future vision is also to expand marketing features, introduce smarter automations, and significantly enhanced analytics functions that make success visible and generate valuable data insights.

Trustify Apps: More marketing, more intelligence, more customer success

The past two years have shown us which strategies work especially well for our customers in gaining more reviews and recurring clients. That's why we're restructuring Trustify and transitioning the platform to a modular, app-based structure.

This means:

• new functions can be released faster and more flexibly
• multiple updates per year without major release cycles
• apps will – whenever possible – be included directly in plans at no extra cost

We can already announce two apps for 2026:

1. Trustify Campaigns App

With Campaigns, you can set up automated campaigns for reviewers.
Thank you rewards can be sent on a scheduled basis – as:

• general voucher
• personalized voucher
• special discount promotion

This makes it even easier to motivate your customers to leave a review while increasing your repeat rate.

2. Trustify Invites App

With Invites, you can actively invite your customers to leave a review – including:

• reminder function
• intuitive invitation management
• structured process for entire groups

A typical use case: school and seminar classes or event participants.

A completely new interface

The upcoming Trustify version will feature a completely redesigned user interface that not only looks more modern but dramatically improves the entire workflow. We focused on clarity and user-friendliness. The new interface brings together all tools, data, and settings in one central location – designed to be intuitive and ideal for daily use cases.

Guides and instructions directly in the interface

A big step forward is the integration of help directly where you need it. Instead of searching for documentation or tutorials elsewhere, now you'll find:

• context-based hints
• step-by-step guides
• tooltips and progress indicators
• intelligent recommendations based on your specific use case

This makes Trustify even easier to understand and ready to use immediately.

Multi-user management for teams and organizations

Many of our customers work in teams or want to integrate Trustify into larger structures. That's why we are introducing a new, flexible multi-user management system.

This enables:

• multiple users per organization (account)
• individual roles & permissions
• better control for admins

This makes Trustify ideal for larger companies, franchises, branch structures, or agency setups who work collaboratively on reviews, integrations, and analytics.

New Trustify profile pages

Public Trustify profile pages are also being completely modernized. The focus is on a professional look, improved readability, and maximum visibility both for search engines and for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The new design is based on extensive analysis of previous user behavior, as well as optimizations proven to generate more organic reach.

The new profile pages offer:

• a visually clearer layout
• better navigation and a new filter for reviews
• optimized load times
• improved mobile display for smartphones & tablets

This means Trustify profiles won't just look better in the future, they'll also be a much stronger marketing and ranking factor on the web.

Multiple reviews for customer experiences

It will now be possible for the same customer to leave another review after a waiting period of 48 hours. This lets customers share multiple experiences – such as repeat visits, new projects, or additional services – rather than being limited to a single review. This ensures more authenticity, current feedback, and a more meaningful overall rating.

Plan management and new affiliate program

The relaunch brings a completely modernized sales concept. Customers will now be able to buy, upgrade, or manage their plans directly from the Trustify dashboard – with no detours. For our valued partners, we're introducing a new affiliate program that's simpler and more transparent in structure and better suited to digital business models.

Release roadmap

We're hard at work implementing all the new features. Some areas will continue to grow throughout 2026, but the official main release is planned for January 2026. Quality takes precedence over speed – that's why we're deliberately keeping things flexible to deliver all features at the best possible quality.

FAQ

1. Do I need to do anything to switch to the new version?

No. The switch will happen automatically. We’ll inform you well in advance about the release and migration steps, ensuring that all data, reviews, and integrations are fully carried over. Customers shouldn't experience any extra work.

2. Will my existing features and data be preserved?

Yes. All current features will remain, and many will even be expanded or optimized. Data like reviews, statistics, and integrations will be carried over in full.

3. Will the new apps incur additional costs?

Our vision is to integrate as many new apps as possible into existing plans without extra charges. If a future app requires special pricing, we will communicate this transparently.

4. How much will the interface change in terms of usability?

The new interface will be more modern and clearer – but the fundamental logic will remain familiar. Plus, integrated guides and tooltips in the interface will help you get started quickly.

5. Will plans or prices change with the new release?

Plans will be partly restructured, as we move to a more modular, app-based approach, but nothing will change for existing customers in terms of today’s feature set, and there won’t be any unexpected extra costs.
